Initial D The Arcade is a 2021 arcade racing game based on the Initial D series. Despite not being a part of the Arcade Stage series, it is the tenth Initial D arcade game. The game uses Unreal Engine 4, as opposed to earlier titles that used proprietary game engines.

In contrast to the Arcade Stage games' prior one-on-one experience, Initial D The Arcade allows up to four players to race at the same time. There are still one-on-one battles available; many of them referenced in the story. In addition, the game was the first to use a new avatar model rather than keeping the ones from Arcade Stage 4 to Arcade Stage Zero.
